Do you ship internationally?
We’re always working to expand our shipping options. Currently, we ship only within Europe. You can check if we deliver to your country at checkout! Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your location. Thank you for your support and patience as we grow!
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How is my order packaged?
All ceramics are carefully wrapped using recyclable materials to ensure safe delivery and a happy planet!
Are your pieces dishwasher/microwave safe?
Yes, all Studio Kohanå ceramics are dishwasher and microwave safe unless otherwise noted. However, for longevity, hand washing is always a gentle choice.
Are all pieces exactly the same?
No, and that’s the beauty of handmade. Each item may vary slightly in shape, size, or glaze tone. These small differences are part of what makes every piece unique and special
What if something I want is sold out?
Our ceramics are made in small batches and often sell out quickly. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow along on Instagram @studiokohanaceramics for shop updates and launches.
How should I care for my ceramics?
Treat them with love. While they're sturdy enough for daily use, avoid sudden temperature changes and don’t use them over direct flame or stovetop heat.

My item arrived damaged - what should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please send a photo and your order number to hello@studiokohana.shop within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll work to make it right.
Can I return or exchange my item?

Who makes the ceramics?
Every single piece is handmade by Bori Borbély in her Vienna-based studio, from shaping to glazing to packaging.
Why “Kohanå”?
Kohanå means “little flower” in Japanese - a name that reflects softness, quiet strength, and the studio’s values of simplicity, intention, and natural beauty.
